Once your order is placed, our skilled craftsmen begin working on your jacket. The manufacturing process typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the jacket’s design and materials used.

  • Simple Jackets – Crafted in the shortest time frame.
  • Detailed Designs & Embroidery Work – May take longer, as precision and craftsmanship are required to ensure high-quality results.

Transit/Delivery Time: Once manufactured, shipping usually takes 2 to 4 business days depending on your location.

Maximum Delivery Time: From order placement to final delivery, it can take up to 9 business days in total.

We prioritize quality and attention to detail in every jacket we create. Rest assured, we work efficiently to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item for a refund or exchange under the following terms:

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returns must be initiated within 20 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging.

 

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges within the same 20-day window. Products must be in new condition. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement.

Return Method & Fees

All returns and exchanges are handled by mail. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You will be notified by email once your refund is processed.
