All orders are carefully reviewed and will be manufactured by our skilled team accordingly. Production begins only after we receive your order and confirm the size with you. Once we send you a size confirmation email and receive your approval, we will proceed with manufacturing based on the details you’ve provided.
Please note: All our products are Made to Order, ensuring every piece is crafted individually with attention to detail just for you.

ORDER PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING TIME
Once your order is placed, our skilled craftsmen begin working on your jacket. The manufacturing process typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the jacket’s design and materials used.
- Simple Jackets – Crafted in the shortest time frame.
- Detailed Designs & Embroidery Work – May take longer, as precision and craftsmanship are required to ensure high-quality results.
Transit/Delivery Time: Once manufactured, shipping usually takes 2 to 4 business days depending on your location.
Maximum Delivery Time: From order placement to final delivery, it can take up to 9 business days in total.
We prioritize quality and attention to detail in every jacket we create. Rest assured, we work efficiently to deliver your order as soon as possible.
Note: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
CUSTOMES, DUTIES & TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import clearance fees in the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
