- Exchange Period: Items shipped between November 25 and December 15, 2024, can be exchanged until December 27, 2025.

If you’re buying a jacket as a Christmas gift and face a size issue after gifting, you can still exchange it after Christmas. - Note: To qualify, mention in the order notes that the product is a Christmas gift.

DELIVERY LOCATION
We deliver items worldwide.
DELIVERY TIME
- All orders are custom-made and begin production once the order is placed. It typically takes 5 to 6 business days to manufacture your jacket.
- Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days after confirmation.
- Delivery Timeline: It usually takes 2 to 3 business days for the shipment to arrive, depending on location and carrier practices.
Note:
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, shipping method, and items ordered.
RETURNS
- Returns are accepted within 20 days from the purchase date.
- Customers typically have 10 to 11 days to file a return after receiving their jacket.
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.
For size-related issues:
- 100% Refund: Only if you respond to our size confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving it.
- If the delivered jacket doesn’t match the measurements confirmed in the size email, you’re eligible for a 100% refund.
- If the delivered jacket matches the confirmed measurements but doesn’t fit, you can either:
- Exchange the jacket, OR
- Receive a 60% refund.
For delayed, damaged, or defective items:
- If the item isn’t delivered within 30 days or arrives damaged, you’re eligible for a 100% refund, following the return process below.
RETURN PROCESS
To return or exchange an item:
- Email us at pricythe@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
- Attach images:
- For size issues: Photos showing how the jacket fits (too big/small).
- For defects: Photos highlighting the specific fault.
- RMA Number: Once approved, we’ll provide you with an RMA number.

Important:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- For refunds:
- You must ship the item back within 4-5 days of marking the return.
- Provide a tracking code and shipping merchant details.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Submit photos of the jacket and explain the issue clearly.
- Exchanges are allowed once:
- Size Adjustments: Provide updated measurements for a new tailored jacket.
- Defects: Highlight the issue; we’ll replace it.
Important Notes:
- After receiving your exchanged jacket, no further exchanges or refunds will be allowed.
- The replacement jacket will be shipped after the original jacket is returned to us.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
For custom-sized or fully customized jackets:
- No full refunds. You can:
- Claim 70% refund, OR
- Exchange for another jacket (pay shipping charges).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders canceled within 24 hours: Full refund.
- Orders canceled after 24 hours: 75% refund (25% is deducted due to production costs).
