How long does it take to make my jacket?

Making a jacket usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the design. Detailed designs and embroidery can take a little longer.

How long does delivery take?

Once made, shipping usually takes 2 to 4 business days. From order to delivery it can take up to 9 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Can I change my order?

Email contact@thepricy.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will update it if we can.

What if my package arrives damaged?
